That could be true. My knowledge of both platforms is limited, but I doubt the camera projection is actually where the most emulation intensity lies. Also, a lot of things are difficult to emulate. Doesn't mean the things aren't improving all the time.

We're really getting derailed here, but only about 80 games used this out of the total library, and they do it by bundling it on the game disc. Dreamcast itself has no OS running on it. Not that it really matters. These are not major emulation issues.

It had more to do with GOG not making any profits for years and CDPR cutting that particular department. In fact I believe the year Cyberpunk came out was the first time GOG actually turned profit.
