Well, that's clearly goes on a case by case basis, doesn't it? Canyon was originally made for an OPL music demo, but something like Space Quest 3 was composed specifically for the MT-32. If it's a 90s GM soundtrack, then there's a 99% chance it was composed for the Canvas.
So I finished The Tetris Murders. It was interesting to find out actual details of this mysterious case from the people directly involved in investigating it. The rest of it is just a bunch of wild conjecture with absolutely *nothing* to hang even a bit of it on. 🤷♂️

There's hours of exploration in the thing. There's no way to figure it out on the first go. It requires repeated playthroughs to figure out the main game mechanic, and then to execute it correctly. The journal is hints in several ways.
One of my favorite things about MyHouse.wad is that it breaks gaming conventions by being deliberately unintuitive. There are dead ends, and multiple playthroughs are required.
