I'm also in Suffolk, which is not yet farmland, but far enough away from the city. I also live close to a highway, so I'd expect at least some sort of infrastructure in place. But no. Going anywhere near that highway after a blizzard is pretty much a death sentence for a vehicle.

Honestly such is the fate of emulation and pc gaming. Sierra games are CPU sensitive, and I don't know much about speedrunning community to know how they'd handle that.
If I ran it right now on my Pentium 2, it'd run even faster than DosBox would ever be capable of.

They are supposed to feel intense, but the way they are edited (poorly) robs them of any impact. Just recently revisited it, and was *very* disappointed. Dust Devil is pretty good though.

Yes! I found it incredibly entertaining and saw it several times. It's very much skewed towards Stanley's side, but you get some studio people in it as well. And it's pretty great to hear all the crazy (and I mean CRAZY) stories directly from the participants.
